Walk on Water is a fitness class using the resistance of the water and your body movement.
It entails, walking, jogging, stretching and using the water resistance to strengthen your muscles, joints and mobility. It is a fun, invigorating, cool 45 mins.
It is at Cypress Lodge pool, starting Thursday May 6th 2021 at 8.30am.
No cost at present.
