What is a Community Covenants Committee?
Community Covenants Committee (Community Standards Committee) members review alleged violations that have not come into compliance and give the individual(s) charged with violation the right to be heard at the hearing tribunal for the Babcock Ranch Residential Association. The committee shall be comprised of at least three (3) members of the Association who are not directors, officers, or employees of the Association or relatives of the aforementioned. The Board of Directors shall appoint committee members on an annual basis (if needed). Committee members may serve no more than two (2) consecutive two-year terms on the same committee.
