1. How do I contact the Homeowners Association?: Email your Community Manager, Luke Kenzik at HOA@babcockranch.com or call 941.676.7191. We will either assist you or guide you to the right person.

2. If I have a security concern, who should I call?: If an emergency, call 911. Afterward, or if a non-emergency, call Babcock Ranch Community Patrol at 239.652.8000. They are on-site to assist you 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.

3. How do I gain access to The Lakehouse and Cypress Lodge pool area?: Click here for how to obtain your amenity card

4. When are trash pick up days?: Trash is picked up on each Monday and recycling is picked up each Thursday. For more detailed information, you can call Ecologic Waste Management direct at 941.467.1499.

6. Where can I find the WiFi password for my internet?: The box for your internet will be located in one of your closets. On it you will find your SSID and password.

7. Do I have to create an account with Century Link if I only want to use the internet?: No, if you are only going to use the internet there is no need to create an account with them. Your internet is paid in the HOA fees.
