Bordered by the 73,000-acre Babcock Ranch Preserve and the 65,000-acre Cecil M. Webb Wildlife Management Area, Babcock Ranch is at the epicenter of Southwest Florida's newest growth corridor, just 20 minutes east of downtown Fort Myers, Florida.
Situated 20 miles north of Southwest Florida International Airport, Babcock Ranch offers both accessibility and a sense of place. Our days begin with sunshine glittering through morning mist and end with moonbeams shimmering on glistening lakes. Forests of longleaf pines and majestic live oaks, the distant cries of wildlife, and streets that wind through neighborhoods where front porches serve as gathering places create a captivating tableau. This is Babcock Ranch - so close to all of Southwest Florida, so enjoyed by those that call it their own.
